Notifying us of changes

Thank you for helping us to keep this valuable resource up to date. If you notice an errors or omissions, or have more up-to-date information, you can notify us in one of two ways, depending on the situation and whether you are representing the software manufacturer or not. We will normally only make changes once these have been confirmed with the manufacturer.

If you are not the software manufacturer...

Please use our Contact form to inform us of the changes. In the message area please record the following information:

  1. The name of the product and its manufacturer, as it currently appears in the database.
  2. Details of the change.
  3. Your relationship to the product, e.g. "user of the software"

If you represent the software manufacturer...

For minor changes:

Please use our Contact form to inform us of minor changes, such as a change of address or phone number or other simple changes. Please ensure you provide:

  1. The name of the product and its manufacturer, as it currently appears in the database.

  2. Details of the change.

  3. Your relationship to the product, e.g. "I am the developer", "I work for the developer/distributor" etc.

For more extensive changes:

Where there is more than a simple change to make:

  1. Please use our Refer your product form.

  2. Leave blank any sections which are unchanged.

  3. Please note in the comments that this is an Amendment to an existing entry.
